Boxes and crates should be inspected immediately for any outside and inside damage the day of delivery. The bubble wrap or foam should be removed from the item the day of delivery. If any damage is found a claim needs to be filed the day of delivery either by the customer or by Crossmember Crosses. Pictures should be taken of any damage of the box or crate and the item the day of delivery as a proof date if filing a claim. Do not store product with the bubble wrap or foam on item because of potential marks that may appear and damage finish.

Wall Crosses 72" and taller and altar and pulpit crosses ships FedEx Motor Freight.

All lag bolts and screws sent by Crossmember Crosses must be used where there is a wood stud.
Sheetrock anchors to mount crosses and wall brackets to Sheetrock only are supplied by Contractor, Customer or Church.
